ABOUT THE ROLE

• Develop and customize the Android framework
• Work directly with AOSP and navigate source code
• Build reusable, scalable Android components
• Act as the technical bridge between UX/design and engineering
• Define clear, well-structured APIs for internal component libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions

YOUR BACKGROUND

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Software Engineering or equivalent education
• Experience in Java/Kotlin development
• Experience working in a modern software environment with embedded Linux and tools like GIT/Gerrit/Jenkins
• Experience with Android Framework and related development and build tools (Gradle and Soong build system)
• Capable of writing automated unit and integration tests
